Our team at Krueger Electric consists of Estimators, Project Managers, Safety officer’s, Journeymen, apprentices, warehouse and administration staff. These professionals are the heart of our company and have allowed us to build our organization rooted with family values.

Peter Sherba

President / Director / Owner

As the owner of Krueger Electric, Peter is the driving force behind our growth as an industry leader in the electrical sector. Peter works closely with company’s in-house engineers, project managers and foremen to find opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.

Bringing over 30 years of the electrical expertise by having completed over 100 large scale commercial industrial and custom projects through Western Canada. In his professional career Peter has founded several large successful companies within the electrical field that have all gone on to projects ranging from Industrial Plants to Water Treatment plants and much more.

Through his commitment to excellence and a dedication to professionalism, Peter Sherba and Krueger Electric have continued to exceed industry standard by forming strong professional partnerships based on integrity, ingenuity and reliability.

Meet Our Team Members

Michael Romano

Project Manager / Owner

Michael has 24 years electrical experience and 12 years’ experience as project manager for electrical design and implementation for companies like Canfor Pulp & Paper Mills, and Catalyst Pulp and Paper mills. Michael has a clear understanding of the complex needs of customer driven systems and draws on his broad knowledge of electrical contracting, estimating, budgeting purchasing and invoicing.

Over the years Michael has been a active member in committees such as Electrical Safety Committee, Arc Flash Safety Committee and Standards Committee for the hiring of electricians.  He also specializes in solving process control, design, construction and implementation issues, with expertise in several complex industrial and commercial projects.

His interests are in golf, hiking, cycling, fishing and quading allow him to participate in all the magnificent activities the Okanagan has to offer.

His quality of work is “second to none” with emphasis on energy saving and above all, safety.

Shane Campbell

Safety Officer

Shane has more than 10 years’ experience as a national construction safety officer. He has extensive education in Oil & Gas, Civil, Renewable energy, Marine/Ocean, Road building, Pulp Mill/sawmill and forestry in BC, AB, SASK and ONT

Shane has additional education and experience in Training, Documentation, inspection, Program design and culture building systems, and a variety of other safety related areas.

Committed to providing a safe workplace, Shane’s area of responsibility includes compliance with all state and federal regulations relation to safety. Some of the many services Shane provides Krueger Electric is OSSA & Onsite Training, Site safety services & management, Accident investigation, injury management leadership, information resources, policy development and consultation services to all of Krueger Electric’s departments.

Krueger Electric is pleased to have Shane as our safety officer as he radiates positivity throughout all our departments.

Brad Smith

Project Manager

Brad has over 38 years of experience in the construction industry with extensive Industrial, Commercial and Multi-Family projects. He began his career as an electrician and evolved into positions including Project Foreman, Project Manager and Electrical Estimating for several Firms in Alberta and British Columbia. Working in both Union and Open Shop environments, Brad has a vast understanding of construction projects.

In his role as Project Manager / Estimator at Krueger Electric Brad is responsible for preparing estimates of labour, material and equipment for electrical projects based on drawings and engineers specifications. Advising on tender procedures, examining tenders, recommend tender awards and conducting negotiations. Coordinating price packages with suppliers regarding tenders. Upon award of contracts he assumes the role of Project Manager thru to completion.

Ethan Sherba

Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for delivering building development projects or varying size and complexity. Ethan is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager.

Ethan’s responsibilities include but are not limited to assistance to all Project Managers, Safety Officers and Field Team members. Rigorous about maintenance and improving the quality and usability of PROCORE on all project sites, Ethan works closely with all our management team with planning, budgeting, safety, scheduling and oversight of various jobs and contracts. Both in office and out on-site Ethan is a valued member of Krueger Electric’s Team.

These professionals are the heart of our company and have allowed us to build an organization rooted in family values.
